We started with two engineers and one client. We've grown carefully since, because the thing that got us here was doing what we said we would.
Our story
Built by engineers who got tired of bad handovers
Both founders spent years in service companies watching projects get delivered and immediately become someone else's problem — undocumented, untested, impossible to change.
BrillixSoft started as a reaction to that. Every project we ship comes with documentation, a handover session, and code the next engineer can read. It's slower. It's why clients stay.
The internship program grew out of the same frustration. We kept interviewing graduates with certificates and no idea how to open a pull request. So we started training them ourselves, on real work, with real review.

How we operate
Four rules we don't break
These aren't values on a poster. They're the things we've turned down work over.
Leave it readable
Documentation and handover training are included, not an upsell. You should be able to fire us.
Decline bad fits
If your project needs a specialism we don't have, we'll say so and point you at someone who does.
Teach properly
No intern gets a certificate they didn't earn. A weak assessment is more useful than a false one.
